Diary - Tour 2009

The first outing
Posted on September 1st, 2009 Yes its all packed up and ready to go to the fringe festival media launch at 300 Flinders St.
And so it begins
Posted on September 1st, 2009 Off up the busy streets of the metropolis to an unsuspecting elevator audience.
Inside the first elevator
Posted on September 1st, 2009 2009 kicks off at the fringe launch.
After the show
Posted on September 1st, 2009 Our first elevator was busy, packed with VU students and arts types. Lots of joy for all, a forty minute set that sounded somewhat submerged due to elevator accoustics. Now we relax in the green room while the minister congratulates everyone. And then we are back in the elevator for post show soothing tunes.
Back to the studio
Posted on September 11th, 2009 After the rush of getting everything capable of being taken into an elevator and played for an audience at the Fringe media launch, its now time to pull it all apart and fine tune things and add new things. Here is the amplifier and speaker cabinet for one of the suitcases. To get a better quality of sound its had a sub bass port added and all components inside have been secured and sealed. A second 9 volt out socket has been installed to enable some effects pedals to be included in the audio processing chain. More work is to be done on this case and the other one in preparation for some media appearances and the Festival itself.
Up the streets for another elevator
Posted on September 16th, 2009 Off we go, heading for an elevator with a photographer in it.
Inside 600 burke st
Posted on September 16th, 2009 Here we are in our elevator with the company of the press. Only a few punters journeyed with us, displaying bemused expressions while we soothed them with our music.
Another press junket
Posted on September 21st, 2009 Off through the not so mean but more sleepy streets of our grand metropolis we go for another elevator, south of the river.
The lift lobby awaits
Posted on September 21st, 2009 Well actually we await the journalist and photographer at the Herald Sun. They didnt want us to play and so sent us to the car park lift to be photographed.
Onwards not upwards
Posted on September 21st, 2009 After our press appearance in Southbank its off on a tram, of all things, to the radio station RRR where we are due to go on air at about 12.20pm today. Tune in and hear us play a selection from our elevator set.
In the rrr studio
Posted on September 21st, 2009 Time for some talking and perhaps a bit of music during the show called Room With A View.
Time to prepare
Posted on September 23rd, 2009 The Fringe Festival is about to commence and we are soon to hit the streets of this city, seeking out elevators needing our musical services. We will post live updates to this website with the address of any building we are about to perform in and once inside the elevator we will post a photo of us entertaining the lucky few of Melbourne’s workforce that can catch us. So be sure to set that RSS reader or twitter widget on your office computer to receive our updates and you too may be one of those few, those happy few, whose path we cross. In an elevator. In Melbourne.
At the Fringe club
Posted on September 25th, 2009 Actually we at the beer garden out the back but we will be onstage at about ten tonight to play at upbeat version of one of our elevator tracks.
Day one
Posted on September 28th, 2009 Its time for us to head out into the city streets of Melbourne and seek out elevators needing our music. We have divided the CBD into 4 squares with today having us in the north west quarter bordered by La Trobe, Elizabeth, Bourke and Spencer. So from now until about lunch time keep an ear out whilst in the elevator lobby as we may be in your building. We will post to this site the details of elevators we are about to perform in as we roam our fair and soggy city.
Elevator one – or 36
Posted on September 28th, 2009 At 550 Bourke st. Lets see what happens. This is our first elevator for this Fringe Festival but our 36th since we started playing in elevators in Melbourne’s CBD.
End of first (36th) elevator
Posted on September 28th, 2009 After about 20 minutes of soothing performance for the delighted Deloitte employees the speaker grill in our elevator announced in suitable Orwellian fashion that we should stop the music. At least the guard recognised it as music. On to the next elevator.
Elevator two – or 37
Posted on September 28th, 2009 A request to play here at 565 lonsdale st has us ready for the next elevator. Lets see what the Justice Department makes of live elevator music.
No chance
Posted on September 28th, 2009 A security guard stopped our entry with many questions and phone calls in a bid to make us reveal our source inside. But to no avail. And so with knowing smiles all round we part ways and we head for another elevator.
Candidate building
Posted on September 28th, 2009 The next building we are to try is at 200 Queen st.
A good elevator, is 37
Posted on September 28th, 2009 An enjoyable set played to the workers of 200 Queen St that managed to find us inside one of their elevators. Its now a break for lunch and a chance to plan our next expedition.
Dont panic
Posted on September 28th, 2009 When the elevator doors open and reveal a sight such as this, have no fear, its only us, playing music composed to soothe you as you commute from floor to floor.
Day two
Posted on September 28th, 2009 After our rather short first day of testing the music gear and our ability to walk through the Melbourne drizzle, its now time to plan tomorrow, or Day Two as we call it. This will have us roaming the north east quarter of the CBD bordered by Elizabeth, La Trobe, Spring and Bourke sometime during the morning to lunch time period.
Off we go, day two
Posted on September 29th, 2009 On a tram again, this time to the top end of town for an elevator in 225 bourke st. Hopefully its not another ‘sensitive’ legal building.
Inside elevator 38
Posted on September 29th, 2009 We are currently playing our set inside one of the elevators of 225 bourke st, so if you work in this building come and visit.
Success in 38, next elevator.
Posted on September 29th, 2009 After a full set to appreciative elevator patrons we now move on to 180 russell st and one of their two elevators.
Inside 39
Posted on September 29th, 2009 Its the smallest elevator we have played in but its still an elevator.
Next, elevator 40
Posted on September 29th, 2009 After a bit of a cramped set its off up the road to another candidate building, 108 lonsdale.
No good
Posted on September 29th, 2009 It was a uni building and required student id to get in. We arent students, we professionals. Up Little Lonsdale now, lets see what we can find.
Elevator 40
Posted on September 29th, 2009 Inside 215 spring st. Nice elevator too.
Evicted
Posted on September 29th, 2009 Our guard, he did dash in and tell us to leave 215 spring st. I wonder if he remembers us from a few years ago when we last entertained this building. And got evicted.
Elevator 41
Posted on September 29th, 2009 Inside 321 exhibition st.
That was cool man
Posted on September 29th, 2009 So says one of our audience in a very good natured elevator. After a full set its time for lunch and then some repairs, one of our wheels has fallen off. As it were.
Day three
Posted on September 29th, 2009 After todays successes we are eager to head out into the streets again tomorrow morning, this time heading for the south west quarter bordered by Spencer, Bourke, Elizabeth and Flinders. So if you work in this area keep an ear out and an eye on our website, we may be in your building.
Off we go
Posted on September 30th, 2009 After a phone interview with a sydney radio station we head to the corner of Bourke and King for a candidate for elevator 42.
Elevator 42
Posted on September 30th, 2009 Inside its quite nice, it quiet so far but lets see what happens at 607 Bourke st.
A mellow set
Posted on September 30th, 2009 The elevator in the Moore Stephens building was bit quiet but happy times for the few that journeyed and a hello to the receptionist on floor 14. Next is 575 Bourke St.
Evicted from 43
Posted on September 30th, 2009 Well nearly a full set before a jovial building manager said we had to leave due to some complaints from some funny lawyers. Onto the next now.
A new candidate
Posted on September 30th, 2009 500 Collins has an elevator with us in it.
Success in 44
Posted on September 30th, 2009 Only a few dubious looks from some of the many patrons of our elevator who otherwise enjoyed the live music, performed just for them. Now its time for lunch.
The price we pay
Posted on September 30th, 2009 Back at the studios its time to make some urgent repairs, the wheel on one of the cases has to be replaced. This behind-the-scenes drama is what we go through to bring you, the humble city office worker, some live music. When you least expect it. In an elevator.
Outpost at Bar Open
Posted on September 30th, 2009 With our repairs complete and a bit of a rehearsal thrown in Random Acts of Elevator Music are prepared for a rare out-of-office-hours appearance tonight at Bar Open in Brunswick St, Fitzroy at 9pm. So if you dont work in a city building that has elevators or you just need to listen to some soothing music, come down and see us. We will be in casual attire, no suits tonight.
When not in elevators.
Posted on September 30th, 2009 Here we find ourselves at Bar Open with beer in hand and an audience of glowing apple logos. This is Outpost, a live audio and visual jam.
Day four
Posted on October 1st, 2009 After a night of playing to the cognoscenti of Fitzroy its time to recharge the power packs in preparation for the next days elevator performances. Roaming the area bordered by Bourke, Spring, Flinders and Elizabeth we will visit buildings that we have been invited into and maybe a few that we havent.
Taxi sir?
Posted on October 1st, 2009 No thanks, its the tram for us. Off up the road now to another building, another elevator, in 147 collins st.
Candidate for 45
Posted on October 1st, 2009 Change of building as we already have 147 collins booked for tomorrow. So now its off to 120 collins.
Elevator 45
Posted on October 1st, 2009 After being tailed by a guard we eventually eluded, we are now in the elevator playing to those in 120 collins.
Success in 45
Posted on October 1st, 2009 After a quiet hour in the elevator and a parting comment of ‘awesome’ from a patron we now head to 114 Flinders and one of its elevators.
Elevator 46
Posted on October 1st, 2009 Here we are then, bit like the death star interrogation chamber.
Success in 46
Posted on October 1st, 2009 A bit of a dark elevator but a fun crowd how came and rode with us as we performed. Now we are at 8 exhibition st, lets see what happens.
Evicted and caught in 47
Posted on October 1st, 2009 Not long after performance started we get escorted by a guard and told to wait.
Politely asked to leave
Posted on October 1st, 2009 No dramas, the building manager said we should leave, apparently we are ‘famous in the newspapers’. So now onto elevator 48 at Fair Work Australia. Are they?
Success in 48
Posted on October 1st, 2009 A bit of a quiet set in this building so now its off down Flinders Lane looking for our 49th elevator.
Success in 49
Posted on October 1st, 2009 Not many journeyed at 12 Collins St but those that did were pleasantly surprised to find live music. Onto Collins St for elevator 50.
Candidate for 50
Posted on October 1st, 2009 Here we are at 35 Spring st. Lets see what happens.
Success in 50
Posted on October 1st, 2009 Enjoyment was had by all who happened across our elevator as well as those that just looked in amazement from the lobby. ‘Thats the most randomest thing’ said one joyous office worker. Time for lunch.
End of a long day
Posted on October 1st, 2009 And an exciting day, what with all the attention from security guards and the flashing lights and sirens in one foyer. So now we rest, fix another wheel and prepare for another excursion into office land tomorrow. This is a special photo to celebrate our 50th elevator performance. And that lovely nausea that comes from spending many hours in elevators, a bit like sea sickness.
Day five
Posted on October 1st, 2009 Even though we are still under the effects of our elevator motion sickness we are keen and ready for the last day of the working week. If you work in a building within the area bordered by Spencer, Bourke, Elizabeth and Queen Sts then listen out, we may be in an elevator near you.
We dont need clearance
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 Its now time for us to leave the studio and head for a glass elevator in the old stock exchange building, 350 Collins St.
Inside 51
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 We are inside elevator 51, a lovely glass affair. Lets see how long we perform until security visits us.
Success in 51
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 After a visit from security and a chat with the building manager we were officially allowed to play in their elevator, so thanks Lindia. Now we at 161 Collins St.
Elevator 52
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 Here we are in another glass elevator, very nice. But temporary hold up as an officious lady came dashing across the foyer to force us to see the building manager.
Evicted from 52
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 After about fifteen minutes of bureaucratic time wasting in the managers office, we head out to another elevator in Collins St.
Elevator 53
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 Candidate building is at 100 Collins St, lets see how we go here.
Success in 53
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 We are inside currently playing to an elevator engineer called Cookie. Hes busy with the firmware apparently.
Next building
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 A quiet but enjoyable set played in the last elevator. Now its on to the next candidate building, at 90 Collins St.
Success in 54
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 A pretty good set played to many patrons that enjoyed their journey with us. And it is a journey.
Candidate for 55
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 Last elevator for the day, lets see if 35 Collins St has an elevator needing our services.
Success in 55
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 An elevator in bank 3-17 of the Telstra building had many happy and surprised people that journeyed with us. And then the batteries ran out. Time for lunch.
End of a long week
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 Well, i don’t know about you but we have had a long week of musical performances to bring joy and entertainment to Melbourne’s workforce. In elevators. All thats left for tonight is a quick visit to Channel 31 studios for a quick performance of one of our tracks sometime between 11 and 1130pm. So turn on the telly mum.
At Channel 31
Posted on October 2nd, 2009 Here we are at the city studios of one of Melbourne’s TV stations, we are due to appear at 1115 so be sure tune in.
Hello Sydways
Posted on October 5th, 2009 So its time to say goodbye to the trusty old Melways and borrow a Sydways because we are going to jet up to the great metropolis of Sydney and bring joy to their elevators in a way they have not had the pleasure of experiencing before. First performances are due to commence this wednesday morning.
Pack ya bags
Posted on October 6th, 2009 Today is spent putting all the spares, tools and whatsits into the cases in preparation for taking Random Acts of Elevator Music on the road. In this case to Avalon airport and its baggage handlers. Lets hope everything arrives in Sydney in working order.
Business class
Posted on October 6th, 2009 Well maybe not, but we are ready to fly up north tonight. Look out Sydney office elevators, we are heading your way.
Flight delay
Posted on October 6th, 2009 Yes well here we are at Avalon waiting for them to find our plane. It is very dark out there on the tarmac. So we may be a bit late arriving in Sydney.
The city sleeps
Posted on October 7th, 2009 Well actually it didnt in the area surrounding our ‘no frills’ hotel. But we are powered up, out of bed and looking for coffee before our first round of todays elevators.
First stop in Sydney
Posted on October 7th, 2009 Before any of the fun stuff begins we have to meet the press, somewhere in this city of millions is a building of journalists and a publicist. So far Sydney has offered a good coffee and an average coffee.
Photo shoot
Posted on October 7th, 2009 And yes they stuck us in the goods lift. But thats okay, they must be busy here in this newsroom. The barriers in the photo above are what we fear the most, access only by using a swipe card.
Elevator 56
Posted on October 7th, 2009 Still hanging around with press types, this time they want to see us in action, so we have targeted this building at 345 George St as a good candidate. Our first in Sydney but not till 1130 as our publicist is busy with something.
Evicted from 56
Posted on October 7th, 2009 A nice security guard said on his phone ‘found them’ and then asked us to see the building manager and stop playing. So now lets look for the next candidate building.
Lunch for us
Posted on October 7th, 2009 Quick break in the GPO building for a coffee and croissant, then off into the streets again, we have scoped a candidate building near by.
Candidate for 57
Posted on October 7th, 2009 Challis House at 4 Martin Place looks promising, lets go find out.
Success in 57
Posted on October 7th, 2009 A good set played to surprised workers in Challis House now its off up Martin Place to find the next unsuspecting elevator.
Candidate for 58
Posted on October 7th, 2009 That was quick, here we are at 32 Martin Place. Lets see what happens.
Success in 58
Posted on October 7th, 2009 A good set played in the United Overseas Bank Building. Now its time to find a candidate for elevator 59.
Elevator 59
Posted on October 7th, 2009 A candidate here at the MLC building.
Success in 59
Posted on October 7th, 2009 A rather rapid and somewhat motion sickness inducing ride but we played on. Much joy for those that journeyed with us at the MLC building. Time for a break and perhaps a lie down.
End of day one in Sydney
Posted on October 7th, 2009 After a long day of entertaining the lucky office workers that rode our elevators, we love nothing more than having to climb a lot of stairs to get to our hotel room. Tomorrow we hit some of the landmark buildings. And their elevators.
Day two in Sydney
Posted on October 7th, 2009 Apart from a bad dose of elevator sickness we are preparing for tomorrows expedition that will cover the area from Martin Place north to Circular Quay. Starting with a visit to the Australia Council building first thing in the morning.
The morning coffee
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Firstly we sample a couple of coffees courtesy of De La France and then we up the street to the buildings of the guv.
Elevator 60 candidate
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Looks a little bit too small but the people inside gave us the funding for this expedition so the least we can do is try to entertain them.
Success in 60
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Well they probably had to let us play in their elevator didnt they. Nice audience though, they appreciate the art behind what we do.
On a train
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Yes we now on a train after playing a good set to joyous office workers. They work in the arts but they still office workers. Now up to Circular Quay to look for candidate 61.
Candidate 61
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Here we are at 9 castlereagh st at the request of one of the workers inside. Looks like a big building, fast elevators.
In elevator 61
Posted on October 8th, 2009 In elevator bank 16-31 you will find an elevator with music, thats us, here at 9 castlereagh st.
Evicted from 61
Posted on October 8th, 2009 We nearly finished our set too though the audience was largely non plussed and more concerned with stock market figures. Nice building manager though, he showed us the car park. Onto candidate 62.
Candidate for 62
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Here we are at Australia Square, another tall building, lets find an elevator.
Elevator 62
Posted on October 8th, 2009 We are inside an elevator in bank 6-17 at Australia Square. Quite a mixed audience so far.
Success in 62
Posted on October 8th, 2009 A quietish set played but several offices could here our music and were suitably joyous. Off to find candidate 63.
Candidate for 63
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Yes another tall one, bring on the motion sickness. Here we are at Governor Phillip Tower, whoever he is.
No chance, next for 63
Posted on October 8th, 2009 The dreaded swipe card barriers stopped us getting in there but we have found a new candidate building at 6 O’Connell St. Lets see what happens.
Inside 63
Posted on October 8th, 2009 So far so good here at 6 O’Connell St.
Success in 63
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Bit of a boring photo and it matched the general mood of our audience, they must be very busy or something. Time to head south and seek out candidate 64, our last for today.
Candidate for 64
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Yes the Sydney Tower must have elevators, lets see if we can get inside one and play till the batteries run out.
Maybe not
Posted on October 8th, 2009 We object to any sort of exclusivity for elevators, either via swipe card barriers or in this case tickets. Power to the elevateurs. On to look for another building.
Heres one.
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Corner of Market and Pitt Sts, it even has a mono rail going through the corner. Modern.
Elevator 64
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Here we are at 55 Market St, playing in a tall elevator that has doors at either end. So we are off to the side. In many ways.
Success in 64
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Bit of a quiet set but some pleasantly surprised patrons. We going to try for one more cos the batteries seem to want us to, so off up the road looking for candidate building 65.
Candidate.
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Here in the Energy Australia building we wait at the security desk while they try and figure out if we can play in one of their elevators. One of them said ‘we dont have music in our elevators’. Is that a policy?
Candidate for 65
Posted on October 8th, 2009 Here we are at 580 George St, the HSBC building, elevator bank 1-16.
Evicted from 65
Posted on October 8th, 2009 After comments of ‘thats so awesome’ to the appearance of building security, we have entertained the last elevator for today as our batteries have run out. Back to the hotel.
End of day two in Sydney
Posted on October 8th, 2009 After one of our longest days so far its time to pop into Jaycar to look for some spare parts so we can extend our playing time. And then some dinner and a rest from motion sickness. Tonight we are due to appear on FBI radio station at about 930 so tune in Sydney.
Here we are at FBI
Posted on October 8th, 2009 This is the modern Sydney radio station that will soon have us on air at about 930 tonight so tune into 94.5 fm
Live to air
Posted on October 8th, 2009 In civilian clothes we played a more upbeat version of one of our elevator tracks to the listening audience of FBI. Back to the hotel and to plan for tomorrows expedition.
Day three
Posted on October 9th, 2009 Wake up North Sydney because Random Acts of Elevator Music are about to get onto a train and head across the harbour to your buildings. And your elevators.
Candidate for 66
Posted on October 9th, 2009 Not too sure what street we are on but theres a Panasonic building along Miller St that we are going to try first.
Elevator 66
Posted on October 9th, 2009 Here we are inside an elevator in 100 Miller St in bank 23-32.
Evicted from 66
Posted on October 9th, 2009 That was quiet and bit quick but we have another candidate at 100 Pacific Highway, just across the road.
Elevator 67
Posted on October 9th, 2009 Inside bank 1-8 you will find an elevator with us in it. Nice lobby here at 100 Pacific.
Quiet in 67
Posted on October 9th, 2009 Not much in the way of an audience but a delivery guy was amused. Onto candidate for 68 at 101 Miller St, the Mirvac building.
Elevator 68
Posted on October 9th, 2009 Another quiet swipe card elevator but we play on regardless here at 101 Miller St.
Elevator 69
Posted on October 9th, 2009 Seems that the north side has offices full of people that actually work and dont waste time in elevators. Oh well. Lets look for another here at 75 Miller St.
Inside Elevator 69
Posted on October 9th, 2009 Another quiet one here at United Group, everyone seems awfully busy.
Next candidate for 70
Posted on October 9th, 2009 The workers of Sydney seem preoccupied. Onto a building with NSW health at 73 miller st.
Elevator 70
Posted on October 9th, 2009 Bit more lively here, they seem to enjoy the music after the initial reaction towards the unknown that is us.
Evicted from 70
Posted on October 9th, 2009 A full set and much joy from the workers of this building who even made special journeys just to hear us, apparently they read about us in the paper. And then the building manager put a stop to all that. Time to head back across the harbour to find another elevator.
And the rains came down.
Posted on October 9th, 2009 So with crap weather and slight delirium from all the excitement, its now time to head back to the hotel and prepare for tonights performance at Dont Look Gallery in Dulwich Hill, more details about that soon.
Dont Look Gallery
Posted on October 9th, 2009 So we say good bye to all the lift lobbys in Sydney and recharge the batteries for tonights appearance at the Dont Look Gallery, 419 New Canterbury Rd, Dulwich Hill. Come down about 8pm tonight and say hello to us and then listen to us play our elevator set. As an added bonus we are going to play the video footage we captured with a hidden camera as we rode in Elevator 22. See if you can spot the jobsworth that dobbed us in to security.
Window shopping
Posted on October 9th, 2009 Yes, we are to perform in a window of the gallery on this rainy Friday night here in Dulwich Hill. The first act has arrived and is getting ready to warm the audience up with some soothing tracks.
Live at the Gallery
Posted on October 9th, 2009 First up is Shannon O’Neill here at the Dont Look Gallery, he’s got a laptop, a fancy controller and a great soundscape for us to listen to.
Much fun
Posted on October 10th, 2009 Last nights gig turned into a bit of performance art as two batteries that I assumed would be enough to power the Atom case turned out to actually be not enough. So after about fifteen minutes of our performance starting the LCD logic board goes into undervolt and shuts down. After a moments panic the only thing to do was to take out the batteries and re wire them in series to provide about 24 volts. All on stage. In a shop window. Thats art.
Rest day
Posted on October 10th, 2009 What with all the elevator action and shop window dramas, its time for the Random Acts crew to relax in the hotel and get ready for tomorrows gig at the Excelsior Hotel somewhere down the road in Sydney town. When not soothing office workers with our own compositions we use the suitcase amplifier to play tracks from the Kahvi net label.
Sunday Wreckovery
Posted on October 11th, 2009 Time to get the gear packed and the batteries stowed as we are about to head down town to the Excelsior Hotel in Foveaux St, Surry Hills for our last gig in Sydney. We are due to perform at about 5pm with a whole heap of other great Clan Analogue acts and DJs.
The stage is set
Posted on October 11th, 2009 Yes its a proper stage with great sounding PA and even a foldback. The first act is ready to roll and the visual element seems to be the ubiquitous apple logo. We dont use such mainstream electronics, we use custom made sound gear. So bully for us.
Noodle time
Posted on October 11th, 2009 After a good set played to an appreciative audience at the Excelsior its time for some much needed food and as our elegant abode is situated near Chinatown ramen noodles is the dinner of choice. Following our set was Blastcorp who played some fantastic music. The last band of the night ran into technical difficulties in that their drummer was arrested by the police. But they played on. Rock and roll Sydney.
See ya later Sydney
Posted on October 12th, 2009 After a last coffee or two and a wander around Chinatown its time to jump into a cab and head to the airport for a plane back to Melbourne. Its been an interesting week of elevators and gigs in this city and a good extension to the Random Acts of Elevator Music project. So thank you Sydney, we just might have to come back one day.
Hello Melbourne
Posted on October 15th, 2009 A bit of a break for a couple of days while we rest and think upon fond memories of the last two weeks. And that we got charged excess baggage at Sydney airport for just 3 kilos over. Bastards. And theres a bit of damage to the gear from the flight. We do have a gig this friday at Glitch Bar in St Georges Rd, Nth Fitzroy with our performance due to start at 9pm. More info on this soon as well as some gigs at Loop Bar.
Escape From Chaos
Posted on October 16th, 2009 Well its time to get the batteries charged again for tonights gig at Glitch Bar in St Georges Rd Nth Fitzroy. We are appearing at a night called Escape From Chaos, in the back room at 9pm, nice and mellow, whilst later on David Thrussell of Snog and Black Lung fame will be making all sorts of quality music of the kind you can dance to. Bring on the beats.
Live at the Glitch
Posted on October 16th, 2009 Yes its an audience of talkers, our favourite for an ambient night, thanks J.
